Birthday Flowers

Choose the recipient's favourite colours and preferred presentation. This collection includes rose and tulip bouquets, mixed arrangements, flower boxes, baskets and vases. Check the selected design's flower varieties, size and included items before ordering, as contents vary. For a colleague, friend or partner, use their preferences to guide the choice rather than assuming one flower or colour suits everyone.

Same-day delivery is available for eligible designs and locations in Bangkok, subject to stock, product cut-off times and available delivery slots. Check dates and delivery fees at checkout. Order ahead for custom designs or busy dates, and confirm availability with the team. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed exact arrival times. For other provinces, confirm whether the selected fresh-flower design can be delivered.

Contact the team before ordering to request a different colour palette, flower selection, wrapping or arrangement size. Available changes depend on the selected design and current flower stock. Confirm the final arrangement, any price difference and the delivery date before placing the order.

Add your personal birthday message during checkout. Selected arrangements include gifts such as a teddy bear, chocolates or balloons, but these are not included with every design. Check the product's item list, or explore Birthday Combo Gifts. For a requested addition, contact the team to confirm availability, the total price and delivery arrangements before ordering.

Arrange for the recipient to be available during the delivery window. If their availability changes, contact the team to discuss the delivery arrangements; a redelivery charge may apply. Do not assume flowers can be left with a neighbour or unattended. You can track the order using the order number and checkout email address. After receipt, follow the care instructions supplied for the arrangement.
