Warranty & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If any issues arise with your order, we offer both a Warranty Policy and a Refund Policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Warranty Policy

If there is an issue with your order due to damage or incorrect delivery, Basketeer will take prompt action.

Significant Damage During Delivery: We will prepare and deliver a new replacement at no additional cost.

Partial Damage: We will replace the damaged item(s) and deliver them at no extra cost.

Incorrect Items: We will arrange delivery of the correct items without additional charges.

Warranty Policy

Reporting Timeframes

Please report any issues within these timeframes

Fresh Products — 4 Hours

For fruit baskets, fresh flowers, and cakes. Notify us and provide photo evidence within 4 hours of delivery.

Dried & Non-Perishable — 48 Hours

For dried or non-perishable products. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Refund Policy

In cases where a refund is more appropriate:

Partial Damage: If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will refund the value of the damaged item(s).

Complete Damage — Unable to Redeliver: If we cannot deliver a replacement in time, a full refund (100%) will be issued.

Incorrect Items — Unable to Redeliver: If we cannot deliver correct items in time, a full refund (100%) will be issued.

Cancellations & Exclusions

Standard Cancellations: Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund, but the order value can be converted to store credit.

Cake Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for refund or store credit eligibility.

Late Notification: Claims submitted after the reporting timeframes will not be eligible for refunds.

Post-Delivery Damage: If damage occurred after delivery and was not caused by Basketeer, refunds may be declined.

Warranty & Refund FAQs

Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only, reported within the specified timeframes. Perishable items and personalised baskets cannot be returned once delivered.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Bank transfer refunds require your account details.

Our delivery team will call the recipient before arriving. If no one is available, we'll coordinate a redelivery at no additional charge.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before preparation begins. Contact us as soon as possible. Once your basket is being assembled, cancellation may not be available.
