FAQs
Choose from bear, unicorn, jungle, ballerina, driving and pastel designs, plus mini cakes. Available flavours vary by product, so check each cake's options rather than assuming every design has the same recipe. Compare the size and suggested servings with your guest list before ordering.
Same-day delivery is available for eligible cakes and locations in Bangkok, subject to stock, preparation time, order time and available slots. Confirm the selected cake, postcode, date and delivery fee before paying. Custom designs may need advance ordering; delivery outside Bangkok requires confirmation for the specific product and destination.
Contact the team before ordering to discuss a name, age, cake message, colour or theme request. Confirm feasibility, price and preparation time for the chosen cake. You can also add a greeting during checkout; a card message is separate from writing or decoration on the cake.
Do not assume every decoration is edible. Ask the team which toppers, supports or decorative pieces must be removed from the chosen cake before serving. Check the ingredient and allergen information for that product and discuss any dietary requirements before ordering. Follow the storage and serving instructions supplied with the cake.
Ask the team to confirm delivery to the school's address and agreed receiving window. Provide a full address, a reachable adult contact and the school's receiving instructions. Contact customer service promptly for date or address changes; these depend on preparation and dispatch status. The page advertises photo confirmation, so confirm the channel for your order.
