Welcome to Basketeer Group. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, online stores, and services operated by Basketeer Group Co., Ltd. — including the brands Basketeer, Flowers by Basketeer, and Charlotte Bakery.

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Basketeer Group Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is registered in Thailand and operates from 893 Pattanakarn Road, Soi Pattanakarn 11, Sub District Suanluang, District Suanluang, Bangkok 10250.

These terms apply to all purchases made through our websites, social media channels, messaging platforms (LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger), and any other ordering method we provide.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
  • We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, QR payment, LINE Pay, TrueMoney Wallet, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are confirmed via email or messaging once payment is verified.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver throughout Bangkok and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and time slots vary by location.
  • Delivery dates and times are estimates; we make every effort to deliver on time but cannot guarantee exact delivery windows due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before the cut-off time displayed on the product page.
  • The recipient must be available to receive the delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.

4. Product Descriptions and Images

  • We make every effort to display products accurately. However, actual items may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal availability, natural variations in flowers and fresh ingredients, and handcrafted production.
  • We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if specific components are unavailable, while maintaining the overall style and value of the arrangement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date by contacting our customer service team.
  • Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery, or after the product has been prepared, are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Warranty and Returns

  • Fresh products (flowers, cakes, perishable food items) are not eligible for return due to their perishable nature.
  • Non-perishable gift items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original condition. Contact us to arrange a return.
  • Custom-made and personalised products cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, images, logos, designs, and product names — is the property of Basketeer Group Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basketeer Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our websites with a revised effective date.
