Order ahead for a preferred date, particularly during busy gifting periods, and confirm stock and preparation time with our team. Available dates and slots are shown at checkout; delivery windows are estimates rather than exact-time guarantees. Track your order using your order number and checkout email, with photo proof after delivery.
Review the selected gift's item list and ask our team to confirm ingredients or allergens before purchase if needed. Shelf life and storage vary by product. Follow the labels and care instructions for each item, paying particular attention to any fresh fruit, and do not assume that all products share the same expiry date.
