Exceptions

Certain data may be retained where required by law, including:

  • Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes (retained for the period required by Thai Revenue Department regulations)
  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you

Third-Party Data

If you logged in using a third-party service (such as LINE or Facebook), we will delete the data we hold. You may also wish to revoke access from the third-party service directly.
