Welcome to Basketeer ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Basketeer, Charlotte Bakery, and Flowers by Basketeer (collectively, "our brands").

1. General Information

Basketeer is a registered business operating in Bangkok, Thailand. Our principal office is located in Bangkok. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and include 7% VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will be honored at the original price.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Due to the handcrafted nature of our gift baskets, cakes, and flower arrangements, actual products may vary slightly from images shown.
  • Seasonal items and imported products are subject to availability.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • We accept payment via PromptPay, bank transfer, LINE Pay, TrueMoney Wallet, ShopeePay, Visa, and Mastercard.
  • For bank transfers, please upload your payment slip within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders without payment confirmation may be cancelled.
  • All sales are final once production has commenced (particularly for custom cakes and fresh flower arrangements).

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to Bangkok and surrounding areas. Extended delivery zones may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery time slots are subject to availability and traffic conditions in Bangkok.
  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the cut-off time (varies by product category).
  • The recipient or an authorized person must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, our driver will attempt to contact the recipient.
  • Basketeer is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, traffic accidents, or government restrictions.

5. Perishable Products

  • Fresh flowers: Best enjoyed within 3-5 days. Follow care instructions included with delivery.
  • Cakes and baked goods: Consume within the timeframe specified on the packaging. Store as directed.
  • Fruit baskets: Consume within 5-7 days depending on fruit type and ripeness.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items, flowers, or other perishable goods.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Custom cake orders require 48 hours notice for cancellation.
  • Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible and no refund will be issued.

7. Refunds

  • If a product arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We will assess the claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or store credit.
  • Refunds to original payment method are processed within 7-14 business days.
  • No refunds are given for change of mind, incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or inability to receive delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including images, text, logos, and designs are the property of Basketeer and are protected by Thai and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Basketeer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
