• Handle with extra care when transporting or moving the cake. We recommend transporting it on a flat, non-slip surface inside an air-conditioned vehicle.
• Please order at least 1 day in advance to ensure freshness and preparation.
• Store the cake in a refrigerator at 2–5°C. Best enjoyed within 1–2 days.
• For best texture and flavour, take the cake out 15–20 minutes before serving.
• Avoid placing the cake near sunlight, heat, or impact to preserve its quality.
• We recommend opening the box on a flat surface and taking a photo before moving the cake to keep its shape.
• If cake remains, wrap it tightly with plastic and refrigerate immediately to keep it fresh.
• Please remove acrylic toppers, faux flowers, or non-edible decorations before serving.
