Fresh flower arrangements typically last 5-7 days with proper care. Keep them in a cool area away from direct sunlight and change the water every 2 days. Preserved and dried flower arrangements last 6-12 months.

Can I request specific flowers or colours?

Yes. Contact us via LINE (@basketeer) or email info@basketeer.com with your preferences and we will customise the arrangement for you. Availability may vary by season.

Do you deliver same-day in Bangkok?

Yes. Order before 2pm for same-day delivery to any Bangkok postcode. Express 2-hour delivery is also available. For other provinces, we ship nationwide via Kerry Express (2-4 business days).

Can I include a personalised greeting card?

Yes. Every order includes a free greeting card. Enter your message during checkout and we will hand-write it on a premium card and attach it to your gift.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. All online payments are processed through a secure encrypted gateway.

What is your return or refund policy?
