Standard latex helium balloons last 8-12 hours. Foil/Mylar balloons can last 3-7 days. We inflate balloons just before dispatch to maximise float time on delivery.

Do you deliver same-day in Bangkok?

Yes. Order before 2pm for same-day delivery to any Bangkok postcode. Express 2-hour delivery is also available. For other provinces, we ship nationwide via Kerry Express (2-4 business days).

Can I include a personalised greeting card?

Yes. Every order includes a free greeting card. Enter your message during checkout and we will hand-write it on a premium card and attach it to your gift.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return or refund policy?
